Everything it’s good with the property

No toilet paper, we didn’t got towels even though we requested, and were only delivered after we went down stairs. We asked if they’re was a maid service and they said that we will get charge because we will have to stay for 7 days to get free cleaning.

Everything was clean and new. Seems like the facilities were recently built.

When we checked in there was no electricity in the building. We couldn't carry our baggage because it was too heavy Yo carry through the stairs. Staff did not offer any solution directly, just kept saying it was the whole area and not their fault but when we went outside there was electricity everywhere. Weird.

It was a good location

Horrible experiencia en este hotel. No lo recomiendo para nada. Inicialmente reservé por 3 noches pero decidí quedar una noche más. Le avisé a recepción que haría el pago en un momento. Me llamaron y me escribieron por ahí 10-20 veces para hacer el pago. Lo hice. Al otro día, decidí quedarme otra noche más, les volví a avisar. Subieron a tocarme la puerta, tocaron dos veces (después de verme ingresar al hotel hace 5 minutos), cuando no abrí porque me estaba duchando, procedieron a abrir la habitación (sin mi autorización). Me cogieron casi desnudo. Que falta de respeto y profesionalismo. El jacuzzi lo cierran a las 6pm. Quién usa un jacuzzi antes de las 6pm? Nadie ! El jacuzzi es para por la noche. Todo muy regular la verdad.

We love the location and the property’s location.

We never got the towels we requested until I had to text the WhatsApp number. Also, they did not have toilet paper, we only had 1 roll of toilet paper. Our stay was great when we stayed at Capitalia a few weeks ago, this time was disappointing because we were also put in a shared wall/door room, and we heard the people next door. We requested to move to another room and was declined. Jocelyn is the sweetest at the reception because she always welcomes you with a big smile and it’s kind. We didn’t get extra coffee when requested.

La ubicación, puedes hacer muchas cosas caminando, cerca de centros comerciales, cafés y museos.

Una noche no pude dormir por la bulla de la habitación de al lado… y pesé a que envié una queja vía mensaje no lo resolvieron (quizás por la hora; en fin)

Modern furnishings. Comfy bed. AC. Rooftop w/ hot tub.

The shower head, the hot tub needs to be cleaned. More room cleaning needed, daily is my preference.
