I really liked the location and the washer and dryer in the room. The room was nicely decorated and it was close to a biking trail.

I would caution people about the nighttime passerby-ers. You can hear them clearly because they are right outside your door and I actually had a group of adults with two dogs that would frequent the road around 10pm that would harass people as they walked by.

You cannot get anything better for the price. I was a little concerned about the area based on the outside picture, but the area proved to be safe, plenty of parking, and within walking distance toward the east plenty of shops in a charming old district.

The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils and cooking supplies. The neighborhood offers easy access to downtown.

The studio is comfortable for 1 or 2 people, with nice appliances, hot water and AC. The bus stop is very close and there is a stretch of restaurants and bars within a 5-10 min walk. Downtown is a 10-minute ride on the bus.

There are no streaming services provided, so you need to sign-in if you want to watch TV (small detail).

The location is ideal for visiting the city of Pittsburgh. Less than a mile's walk to the T station and Station Square. Even closer walk to the Pittsburgh Highline, housing a great neighborhood brewery, Sly Fox, and a cool little coffee shop, de Fer Coffee & Tea.

My car was rear-ended while parked at the property and no note was left. Minimal damage, but never a great thing. Towels could have been a better quality, but there were plenty and everything was clean.

The studio is pretty big, well outfitted and clean. We loved the neighborhood. Corey was really accommodating when we needed a late check out.

We wished we could stay longer.
