"Safe, quiet and comfortable home to relax in was so enjoyable while visiting family."

We enjoyed our stay here as the weather was perfect for visiting NC and this place is so close to the water. Liked the ease of checking in to the place and corresponce with the owner was excellant. Plenty of room inside and so happy to have a garage to park our vehicle.

Cleaning fee being tacked on was a bit steep as the dishwasher was a bit dirty as was the coffee pot. The can opener was pretty old and we had a difficult time opening a can, definitely needs replacing.

"Decent place, but could be better kept"

It was clean and worked well for traveling with dogs

A lot of little annoyances - too few chairs in living room; pool table unusable; no convenient towel racks in bathrooms; no shelf or soap dish in shower; minimal extra supplies like paper towels and trash bags; flimsy and broken outdoor chairs; no wood for fire pit; broken screen door and front handrail; no flexibility on check in/check out times

"I was happy that it is pet friendly and that there were two bathrooms."

I liked the garage and the fenced-in yard. I thought it was right on the water though.

The broken furniture. I did not want to be held responsible for it and it was hard to reach the host.

This was an amazing staycation with my Man really did it big. Japarris had wine food and the hot tub made for a great time, we rekindled our love in a beautiful peaceful space. I love this house
