The property is conveniently located in the central area of Rincón de Guayabitos, close to local amenities and attractions. The room is spacious enough and includes a small kitchen and dining area, which is handy if you’d like to prepare your own meals. The property also has a pool, we didn't use it but it looked nice.

The room looked tired and is in need of basic maintenance. The room smelled of a mix of damp and toilet, which was unpleasant. The air conditioning leaked water down the wall and onto the bed next to it. Worst of all, the room had cockroaches when we arrived. We killed a few, but more were hidden near the entrance to the room and tried to come in every time we opened the sliding door. We reported this to the lady at reception, but she brushed it off as if it were normal, even saying it was because they had fumigated a few days before. If that were true, there shouldn’t have been cockroaches in the room at all. We also asked reception about storing our bags after checkout, and they wanted to charge us half the price of a night’s stay just for that service, which is commonly provided for free elsewhere. Overall, I would not stay here ever again.
