Rustige plek. In potentie een fantastische locatie

De beplanting voor het terras overwoekert het uitzicht. Je kijkt dus meer tegen planten aan dan dat je uitzicht op het gardameer hebt. Het appartement leek maanden niet aangeraakt. Veel spinnenwebben en stof. Het onderhoud van de keuken en kastjes e.d. is slecht. Is aan reperatie/vervanging toe.
