Chantelle was amazing! I don't think the place could survive without her. Rectified issues quickly, really informative and helpful. The couple of staff i met at the beginning were friendly helpful and just lovely. Considering I came on the hotest week ever, the fan was a god send! Was a lovely place. Shame the facilities were not open in the evening, was informed before season and new staff aprently. loved how chilled it was in the evening, just a shame i had to go else where for food and drink. Loved the hammocks etc, would definitely like to have gone cannoing and axe throwing, My son would have loved it as we love the out doors and camping. It was a nice change.

Things missing, not greatly dusted, I get there's wildlife which is cool but it does take a bit to create cobwebs etc. Faulty electrics things not working. Yes they were rectified the next day. As I said chantelle was straight on it and seemed to on top of everything, the girl needs a pay rise! Especially as the following day some of the staff had a blazay attitude which was disappointing. Difficult to get through on the number provided to get information or to get things rectified..ie no answer?? I did get through once only via text. Tea and coffee not replaced (poor) Could definitely do with a bench table at the oaks hut no easy place to eat.

Beautiful place full of charm in a perfect location . Food in a farm restaurant is fresh and tasty .Animals around and just amazing views .

When its hot these glamping pods turning into sauna .We had a fan unfortunately with 1 window it was unberable inside .
