AUVery comfortable and can highly commend the cleanliness. The only let down for us was the lounge. Being senior we found it difficult to get up. Also booking.com lists the property as 2 Downie street and the google location does not show the units, it is outdated. It was confusing at the start of our stay but Andrew sorted it for us. Of our 3 weeks touring NZ this was our best accommodation experience. Thank you

NZThe quiet neighborhood. Lovely birdsong in the morning. Carpark was great, convenient and very good bin set up just outside the door. Home was well set up and comfortable.
It is a shared space. Behind the photograph and set of draws is a connecting door to a tenanted space that is not sound proofed. Tenant was quiet and respectful. Set up not for everyone, once we new about it and spoke to the tenant, all was OK. A pan and brush would be useful.
NZNice warm tidy wee house with everything you need away from home. It was perfect location for our needs. Lovely wee town house in Spreydon.
There is perhaps a bedsit on the side that I thought was a shed as no visible doors. It was a little un nerving when I first heard someone behind the wall late at night. Not great sound proofing from this room unfortunately, but everything else was great!
