Villa Kalamos / Sea View and Pool nearby Athens

The place is perfect, close the beach. The pool is well treated, nice, and clean. My family was disappointed to leave the place. The hosts are the best.

Tento pobyt byl jedním slovem DOKONALÝ. Vila je propracovaná do sebemenšího detailu, není nic, co by Vám zde chybělo. Vše bylo perfektně připraveno. Pokud hledáte ráj na Zemi, u Johna a jeho ženy ho jistě najdete!!!

The villa is so beautiful (Just like the pictures on the website) pleasant to stay in and maintained to a high standard. The cleanliness is the best you could ask for. The villa is located in an excellent area, close to taverns and the beach. We received an excellent and a warm service from John and his son.

The climb to the villa is steep and challenging even for a car.

A wonderful place, worth recommending. In fact, it is better than the offer. The facility is wonderfully located, everything is of the best quality. It far exceeds expectations. A nice treat awaited the guests. The property offers everything you could possibly need. The best equipped facility of all I have visited (and I have been to many). It offers peace and relaxation. Lovely host, very helpful and welcoming. The access (especially the last sections) is very well marked, although be prepared for surprisingly secondary roads. Although very close to the sea, it is better to go there by car, because the difference in altitude does not encourage walking. An archaeological museum located close to is worth a visit. Great restaurants nearby. I highly recommend it.

The pool was a standout feature, perfect for relaxing, and the view was simply breathtaking, providing the perfect backdrop for a memorable stay.

3 floors is might not fit to every one but for us it was perfect

This villa is amazing, we were there for 8 nights and wish we could have stayed more. It is so clean, private and has amazing views. Thank you John for all the information and hospitality. We will be back!
