Building was upscale and beautiful.

Keycard case is falling apart and lanyard is soiled. Please replace it. It’s an easy fix.

Beautiful area. Convenient location.

Couldn't open the mini blinds, missing slats on the balcony blinds. Coffee pot missing the bucket to put filter in. A glass was cracked.

Walking distance to the Metro Station. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants in the surrounding area. There is paid underground parking.

The apartment has basic motel-grade household items. Glad we packed our own shampoo and soap. Several electric outlets are not working. The iron board is too small. There are no lights in the sofa area, and we had to use the kitchen lighting. Dining area chairs are very uncomfortable. Found a piece of human hair inside a comforter. It is okay for a short-term stay.
