Sweet Getaway! Luxury Gated Resort & Lazy River

Quiet community and we loved the pool area.

Pull out couch had stains on it. Ice machine in freezer didn't work. Light in downstairs bedroom didn't work. Very hard to open door to balcony. Bathroom light in master bedroom upstairs took a while to turn on and none of the jacuzzi tubs worked. The shower in the master bath upstairs didn't have hot water.

A máquina de lavar louça não estava funcionando é para uma locação de 14dias complicou bastante, além disso a água de um dos quartos de cima(casal) não esquentava, as portas dos quartos também não travavam e a quantidade de talheres era bem reduzida, além da mesa de jantar que só comporta 4 pessoas.

Nice gated community. House was big and good size bedrooms.

Property is dated. Sink damaged in downstairs ensuite which is sharp.. Jacuzzi baths but none of them work. Pool area was way to small. The lazy river couldn't see the water for the amount of people and tyres in there. I know a new pool is being built but the lazy river is way to small for a complex this size. Lost water in the property for a day. No notice of it happening. Didn't have sanitation until 7pm in evening, which I thought was very very poor. In all my years of coming to Florida I've never had such a basic thing go wrong. Even on check out day the water was switched off again with no notice given. Not really acceptable when have 4 children and one disabled with complex needs which requires constant access to water. Unfortunately for me the property was to far away from Orlando for my liking with most days taking over an hour due to the traffic on i-4. Property could be improved by renovating. Fridge freezer has cold water but Ice machine is broken. Just small touches like having a kettle would have improved my feedback. Tony at bar was very professional and was a stand out member of staff for help and courtesy so shout out to him.

The pool was nice though far from our unit. We had plenty of kitchen supplies, plenty of towels. Grocery store close by. All in all it served it’s purpose.

Back door was difficult to open. Did not like the bunk beds, this bedroom is huge and a couple of twin or full size beds would be more comfortable/appropriate. Also add a chair in this room. Bed sheets in the downstairs bedroom were too big, queen size when the bed was a full. Ice maker did not work at all. Couch was not comfortable at all. Not owners fault but there was a lot of work being done around our unit. Roofs being replaced, yards being dug up, water lines being replaced.
