There was no property when we arrived at the location.

There was no property when we arrived at the location. When called, the property manager said the location of the property will not be disclosed until full payment is made but it clearly said pay at the property on booking.com and there was no option to pay. Property manager was insisting on sending us a link to make the payment in order to disclose the property location which made no sense, I asked if they can come and take cash or tell us where the office is and I can come and give cash. Or at least tell us where the property is so we can be present there an make the payment but they didn’t wanna help us with anything. They said there is no office, no representative and location can’t be disclosed until payment is made through a link which was ridiculous. Was just not comfortable paying through the link. It definitely is a scam.

They double booked and never told us. Plus never called or informed about the procedure to check in and the form filling and payment method till I asked … never booking with these handlers ever again

Location was fabulous Place was clean Everything worked fine

We liked everything

Everything was nice.

Not a single reason to dislike the property. It was perfect!!!
