1. A comunicação com o anfitrião são muito más - muita demora na resposta e NUNCAM atenderam as chamadas 2.Uma das chaves abre muito mal a porta para a rua 3. Torradeira avariada 4. Cadeiras e sofás muito sujos 5. Deveria ter roupa de banho e de cama de reserva 6. Deveriam fornecer detergentes para uso nas máquinas 7. Os quartos necessitam de ar condicionado

Dopao mi se deo grada gde je objekat i sam stan je uredan i lepo sredjen . Bas smo se prijatno osecali u stanu Uzivali smo u kaficima koji se nalaze u blizini i gde se uglavnom okupljalo lokalno stanovnistvo

Bio sam neprijatno iznenadjen kada su nam trazili siguronosni depozitit da bi nam dali kljuceve , a to nije bilo naznaceno prilikom rezervacije. Zbog toga smo pola noci proveli na ulici . Zvao sam i slao poruke na oznacenim br telefona , ali nije bilo odgovora. i evo , proslo je skoro mesec dana , a depozit mi nije vracen I opet zovem i saljem poruke , ali niko ne odgovara pa pocinjem da sumnjam da je to sa depozitom prevara od strane domacina

"BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, dirty upholstery, no reply when encountered problems"

The house was not ready at 4pm, the key was not in the locker outside. I called the 3 mobile numbers provided in the check in instructions, no phone was on. Finally I rang the bell and the cleaning staff, fortunately but they needed and extra half hour to finish. The wifi name provided is not available in the house and I sent a whatsapp message to the host an hour ago, still no reply. I am pretty disappointed with the service.
