Location location location Extremely good location especially bringing in family or for work. Shopping is nearby and if you're in an emergency, there are two hospitals nearby! Beautiful scenerey, the apartment faces the sunrise so can be a bit warm during the day, however, the fan and aircond more then make up for it! there are two parking lots allotted to the apartment! a rarity!

The location very near to ioi city mall. The house is clean and all equipment is very convenient especially washing machine and dryer. Parking also near to lift. No hussle during check in and check out and the owner is very friendly.

Maybe owner can provide water dispenser but not very big issue.
