Clean, well equipped and easy to check in. Quick responses from the host. Great for a group, although we were staying for work work we all said we would book again for a social occasion.

Parking was a little tight for more than 4 cars, which we needed and not that clear instructions for additional parking. Also was not sent check in information automatically but quick response when messaged host.

It's a lovely property and I would imagine in the summer would be great fun. I'm very fussy and this place was great. Also the supermarket is 5 mins walk away. One of the rooms has twin beds which I'm not sure is clear on the description. If in doubt, just book it. You won't regret it.

We really enjoyed the house, the bedrooms were of all good size. The kitchen was well equipped . Location was great to walk to the city centre.

The steps leading off the kitchen need to have some kind of safe guarding . Some kind of secure gate needs to be fitted . A coffee machine would be an added bonus.

Location was great. Bedrooms very nice and clean. Kitchen was good, well stock with needed elements.

Some of information in the Welcome pack needs updating. The wifi code is incorrect and the code we were given to get into the property was wrong, but quickly sorted with apologies (Thanks Matthew) but other than that very good

Fantastic location in the centre of Norwich in walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Matthew was a great host and sorted out the few minor issues very quickly. The guys had great fun in the games room.

The property was gorgeous in an excellent location. There was plenty of space for all us, and a gorgeous outdoor space to enjoy with the weather. Definitely recommended for group stays in Norwich.

I loved the different spaces, great for a mixed age group. Everything you need for a great stay was there. The beds were comfy, the garden space was lovely. The bathrooms had great showers and toiletries were handy. Having the parking so close to the city was brilliant. And having the supermarket a couple of minutes walk away was ace.

Nothing! It was fabulous. The narrow or steep staircases may be an issue for anyone with poor mobility, but handrails are there.

Fantastic accommodation for our trip to Norwich, more than enough room for a group of five. Beautifully presented, and everything you could possibly want for a break away. Excellent value for money, with parking and a garden and close to the city centre this property has it all, I would re-book without hesitation.
