God beliggenhed, hvis man ikke ønsker en by-ferie, og har en bil til rådighed.

Huset virkede nogle steder slidt, og bærer lidt præg af manglede vedligehold både indvendigt og udvendigt. Faciliteter og især møblement var sparsomt til en gruppe på 7 personer, og lever ikke helt op til det, som er vist på billederne. Der er f.eks. ingen af de viste "lave" terrassemøbler, hverken i stueetagen eller på førstesalen. Solbænkene er af en anden type og kvalitet end de viste. Huset er som sådan funktionelt, men ikke særlig hyggeligt og mangler lidt ekstra "udsmykning".
