GBPerfect location for visiting anywhere on the island. Very clean and comfortable. Modern interior.
The only negative was the key boxes when we arrived ,there was nothing to indicate which one was ours ,just needed labelled. When I phoned to ask the lady was extremely helpful and we retrieved the key . Thankyou.
RSA great location that allows you to visit all the attractions in Valletta on foot. A spacious, exceptionally clean, tastefully furnished apartment with separate en-suite rooms, ensuring full privacy for the two couples who made up our group. The elevator in the building made access to the accommodation much easier for an elderly guest.

Im Singlbeds Room ist der Schrankraumbewegungsmelder während der Nacht eher hinderlich...ein einfacher Schalter wäre besser
ATDas Appartment ist sehr schön und groß. Die Schlafzimmer sind groß und haben beide einen eigenen begehbaren Schrank und ein schönes Badezimmer. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und auch im Wohn/Esszimmer kann man gut zu viert sitzen. Die Lage des Appartments ist sehr gut. Die Hauptstraße in Valetta ist in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen und auch der Busbahnhof liegt nur ca. 8 - 10 min. entfernt. Die Fenster sind nicht ganz dicht und man hört Geräusche von der Straße, aber das hat uns nicht wirklich gestört.
Die Türen im Appartment sind etwas verzogen und lassen sich daher nur schwer schließen. In einem der beiden Zimmer war im Bad an den letzten beiden Tagen (von vier) ein Geruch aus dem Gulli wahrzunehmen (nur bei einem Badezimmer).

ITEccezionale la posizione vicinissima al centro ed alla cattedrale. Ottimo l'appartamento appena ristrutturato con mobili nuovi e funzionali. Consigliato nel caso di due coppie che viaggiano insieme in quanto ha due camere con accesso diretto ai rispettivi bagni ed un'ampia zona giorno con balcone.
devono indicare in tutti i documenti che il numero civico è il 51 (in uno dei messaggi ricevuti era riportato il civico 50, solo dopo abbiamo visto in altra mail il 51), la differenza sembra piccola (5 metri di differenza) ma se a questo si aggiunge che ora c'è a fianco un rivenditore con una vetrina azzurra, diversa da quella della foto ricevuta, abbiamo avuto delle difficoltà nell'individuarlo.
