GBThe garden and openness of the house.
Some bathroom drawers were dirty and the ovens had not been cleaned.. There were not enough towels.
GBGreat location, easy to park, lovely sociable space for groups. Very well kitted out if you want to cook. A huge garden and space to enjoy if good weather. We really enjoyed our visit. Good communication with the host.
This was not an issue - but a general suggestion. There was an extra request to provide ID and take out their accident insurance. I understand completely, though an option to share existing insurance would be preferable rather than having to pay extra. Overall though a lovely stay.

On arrival dishwasher full of unclean dishes and kitchen smelt of curry. House and showers not clean. Item left in shower from previous user(photo attached) House advertised as whole access but two rooms locked. TV did not connect to sky or Netflix, no instructions how to do this also sound system did not work. Noisy neighbours all weekend. Garden very overgrown and dangerous. No welcome pack as advertised leftover food in cupboards. Dining table in kitchen too small for 6 adults. Signs on bedroom doors ??? Contacted owner who said would address issues but in our experience it was not good value for money or as advertised.
GBGBReally beautiful house and garden. Fully equipped and very comfortable. Plenty of parking. A nice quiet area but close to all the amenities. We hosted a family reunion there and it was the perfect place. Everyone felt really at home.

GBFantastic property that works well for groups. A beautiful social space with dining table sofas and large open plan kitchen. Completely kitted out with everything you would need and the host went above and beyond to accommodate us. Brilliant large drive which fitted 4 cars easily and only a short taxi into the city centre.

GBWe all absolutely loved this house and its space. Tastefully decorated, beautiful kitchen very well equipped, spacious and very comfortable bedrooms , high standard bathrooms throughout! Location to Roath Park a few minutes walk away and really easy access to Cardiff City. As a family, this was a rare global reunion and we found the house perfect to relax and enjoy our time together. Great host, really quick to respond and help us with queries. Highly recommend!!

GBGBFor saying it was so cheap on a Saturday the house was absolutely amazing. Pictures do not do the property justice. Waters were put in the fridge for the amount of people staying, tea/coffee pouches available, really friendly man greeting us at the property. Great house!
