easy to check-in, swimming pool and gym is ok

not very clean, at least 3 cockroach show up in 1 night..., got no supper in the area

We liked: the location, close to our activities, close to food and minimarts, the smooth check in process, the swimming pool parking access very nice staff

We disliked: the lack of comfort - a lot of small inconveniences that pile up, such as: there is no desk; no proper coffee table; no space in the wardrobe to empty the luggage (wardrobe stores a mattress, and has the shelves dismantled); the TV remote control didn't work, even after changing the batteries (we could not use the TV then); pans are burnt making them unsafe for cooking; was provided only one toilet paper roll for 2 people for 4 days; there was no kitchen towels to dry the hands or dry surfaces; no tissue paper; only one set of entrance key and card (very inconvenient when 2 people need to leave and enter the building independently). Some noisy neighbors from nearby balconies (till 4am).

Very poor sanitary conditions! I only stayed in this room for 10-20 minutes because in a short period of time, I had seen 3 cockroaches and the toilet in the toilet had a strong smell of urine. After discovering these situations, I complained through booking.com and asked the landlord to refund, but I did not get consent, so I can only share these situations in the comments and ask others to order this room with caution.
