Clean and neat space. Definitely worth the price and more! I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking to visit Cincinnati. Clean rooms and bathroom and closer proximity to Cincinnati’s downtown and other attraction site. I will score it 9.5/10

The parking area/entrance was filled with wet leaf dropping and made it look messy. Cleaning the leaf drop will make it a 10/10

"EXCEPT FOR LAUNDRY FACILITY AND DOMESTIC QUARREL AT APT 6, THE PLACE AND THE HOST WERE PLEASANT."

CLEANLINESS.

LAUNDRY ROOM ENTRY IS LIKE A DUNGEON AND OVERGROWN WITH WEEDS AND BITING INSECTS. DIDNT USE LAUNDRY FACILITY BECAUSE OF THIS. ON THE LAST NIGHT OF OUR STAY, WE WERE WAKEN UP BY LOUD BANGING ON OUR DOOR AND NOISES AT 2:30 AM BY APT. 6 WHO WERE HAVING DOMESTIC QUARREL.
