CapsuleTransit Sleep Lounge KLIA T1 Airport Hotel - Landside, Public Area at Lvl 5

Too hot inside too small quite claustrophobic in fact there wasn't any bathroom facilities just the toilet in the Terminal which of course was for public use

I like that its near the departure area and its close with the public toilet and restaurants. Also i like that they also give eye cover and ear cover as well as tooth brush and tooth paste.

The bed is a bit stiff and my back hurts a bit. also since using the public toilet , no chance of taking shower. i also asked the staff to do a wakeup call at 7am but nobody did.

Only good thing is, it is at airport

No facility & misleading advert, definately not value for money, had to use the only 1 public shower on level 4 and no towel provided, Really bad. On top of that staff lied and accuse of soiling the bed and wanted to charge penalty of 150. This is out right false and lied, they should be ashame and did not clear the situation.
