The place looked wonderful on the pictures but sounded too good to be true

The place was canceled one day before our trip because they had another family that wanted that certain apartment and we didn't want to downsize so they used the excuse that the AC broke. Thanks to another person who had a bigger place which was a house twice as big and after I explained what happened to us, the host was extra nice and went over board to get us comfortable for the weekend to make up for this person's doings.
