Lavender Lodge - Pool and Hot Tub with sunset views over open fields

Amazing place!!! Lots of extras supplied by the owners. Very comfortable and relaxing. Pool was a godsend in this glorious sunshine. Highly recommend 👌

Gorgeous little ‘getaway retreat’ so peaceful and relaxing. Lodge is lovely and very well equipped for your stay, very comfortable and tastefully finished. We were welcomed with fresh flowers & herbs in a vase on the breakfast table. Scrummy choccy biscuits, milk, butter, jam and croissants. A bottle of prosecco chilling in the fridge! Nespresso coffee pods too ( yes we did manage to work the machine!!) Everywhere was clean, fresh and airy. It was very hot during our visit so it was very much appreciated to find a fan in the bedroom. We made good use of both the hot tub and the pool with were bliss and very private. We were lucky enough to see hares and deer with fawns in the meadow and stunning sunsets. Hosts were very discreet and totally lovely and helpful when we needed them. This a total gem - highly recommend and will definitely be returning ❤️😊

A very calm and peaceful place to stay with beautiful views. Gary and Emma were very welcoming with the little touches of croissants, butter, milk, and jam left for us. It felt very homely. We can't wait for our next stay!

No complaints at all!

Lovely little cottage in a peaceful setting, the hot tub and pool were an added bonus which the kids enjoyed during our stay. Views over the fields as the sun sets are stunning.

Property was in a lovely location, with easy access and its own private entrance. The lodge was well lit, and well equipped. The owners also added a travel cot to the main bedroom for our stay, which made it easy for us to travel without ours.

Lovely quiet location with a park just across the road, with table tennis table and football goals with nets. Room was warm and cosy and the hot tub was an added bonus. Lovely essentials supplied, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, bottled water, biscuits and frozen croissants.

A TV in the bedroom, just our preference.

Attention to detail. Comfy beds, clean shower/bathroom, welcome pack including milk, breakfast croissants and instructions on how to cook was a brilliant extra. Wrong time for us to use the pool or hot tub but it all looked fab. Sofa bed was very comfortable too.

Wasn’t anything we didn’t like.
