Bella Vista Manor - with elevated views over Rothesay & Loch Striven

The location with the views are worth the money then you add in this fantastic house to stay in

The Manor House is very beautiful and in a prime location for views. The house inside is very nicely decorated, warm and very comfortable. We stayed over New Year 25/26 for 4 days and had the most amazing time. The house is well equipped with all the amenities you could ask for. The was 8 of us and we all had plenty of room to move about without getting in each others way. I would highly recommend a visit to this property

I guess the only thing is there is no too much to do on the island in winter having said that we went to chill out and do not a lot as we needed the rest.

Great location, cleanliness and house in general.

Many doors (including inner front door) very difficult to open - lock return springs too strong. Real safety hazard for elderly and guests with arthritis. Kitchenware lacking

Spacious beautiful property

No microwave, cooking dishes or iron, didn’t really facilitate for a large group regarding dish ware

Huge rooms, immaculately decorated. stunning views, lots of fire wood supplies and lovely and warm when we got the heating going.

lack of basic supplies such as salt/pepper/milk/oil/board games The ferry to the mainland was extortionate at £60 ish return. Very little to do on the island
