Limpieza y rapidez en la comunicacion

Estamos hablando de una casa con todos los detalles, hasta el más mínimo, tenidos en cuenta con inteligencia y cariño. Yo he estado por suerte en hoteles de lujo, también en residencias de cualquier tipo o calidad, y jamás en España o en el extranjero me he encontrado con un domicilio más esmerado en los cuidados y en todo tipo de detalles imaginables. La labor de Jesús en ese sentido es extraordinaria. Muchas gracias porque un 10 se me queda corto. El sitio también es excepcional porque estás enfrente de la Isla de la Cartuja y prácticamente al lado de una avenida que te conecta por autobús allá donde quieras ir en Sevilla. Inmejorable, en suma. Solo puedo expresar agradecimiento

Taille du logement, propreté, confort, présence de deux patios intérieurs charmants petite attention de l'hôte (cuisine garni en victuailles diverses) qui a toujours su nous répondre rapidement et efficacement. Quartier sympathique et vivant avec toutes les commodités à 20 minutes à pied du centre historique

La rue était un peu passante avec le bruit des voitures et l'appartement en rez de chaussée était un peu sombre. Une deuxième salle de bains aurait été un plus.

Apartament jest bardzo duży, wygodny i znakomicie wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty, w kuchni między innymi ekspres do kawy i opiekacz, a przede wszystkim bogaty wybór przypraw, płatków śniadaniowych, dżemów, herbat itp. oraz kapsułki do ekspresu. Ponadto po przybyciu czekały na nas pyszne słodycze, soki, ciastka i owoce - bardzo dziękujemy za ten miły gest. Czuliśmy się tutaj dobrze i z przyjemnością wracaliśmy po zwiedzaniu miasta na wypoczynek. Po wymeldowaniu mogliśmy przechować nasze bagaże do godzin popołudniowych, na koniec jeszcze otrzymaliśmy napoje na podróż powrotną. Polecamy ten obiekt. Bardzo dziękujemy.

TODO MUY BIEN, LIMPIO ORGANIZADO Y CON MUCHISIMOS DETALLES COMO EL DESAYUNO DE CORTESIA QUE ESTABA BASTANTE BIEN , AGUA Y ZUMOS EN EL FRIGORIFICO, TODO MUY LIMPIO Y RECOGIDO. LA UBICACIÓN PERFECTA, EN GENERAL TODO PERFECTO.

El alojamiento es amplio y cómodo. Está situado a unos 20 min andando del centro. El acceso es fácil y rápido. Se agradece mucho el desayuno que deja el dueño y su amabilidad contestando a las dudas de forma muy rápida. Para repetir 😀

The staff is really helpful especially the girl waitng in the apartment do a lot of favor. She led us the way to the parking lot, introduced useful traffic informations and replied via booking app on time. Back to the apartment, the space is ultral spacious and location is great. Actually the apartment is just the first building aroud the corner and you'll find the neiborhood around is convenient for life, restaurants and grocery stores are all within walking distance. But it's definitly recommend to leave your car and take public transport or call a bolt to travel. BTW, the kitchen facilities are well-equiped and the owner prepared cereals, toasts, milk and fruits also.
