Beautifully decorated, spacious, amazing location.

The staff did not reply to messages. I was staying with elderly parents, who were unable to walk far so they stayed in the apartment most of the time. We could not work the heating and so they were very cold. I asked the staff for help but no-one responded. I also had trouble contacting the staff to arrange a late check-in until I got my Spanish speaking sister-in-law involved. I was very disappointed with the customer service Andy parents (while they loved the look of the apartment) had a horrible time.

Spacious and high quality. Could hardly be more central. Lovely views along the street.

Heating was poor. In the main bedroom it didn’t work at all. No toilet tissue provided.

De tweede badkamer kon niet gebruikt worden vanwege een intense rioolgeur. Onhandig met vier personen. De eigenaar heeft niet gereageerd op het bericht hierover. De communicatie verliep aldaar via de schoonmaaksters die geen Engels spraken.
