"Felt a bit run down and not extremely clean, windows were filthy."

Beds were comfy

Blinds has not been dusted. Behind couch were cobwebs. Dishes had coffee stains. Bathroom joined on to kitchen. Street was rundown with graffiti on walls opposite.back yard really needs modernised.
