Could use a deep cleaning inside and out facility

Could have been a little cleaner outside property and in the stairways and such.

Room was great, building needs some attention.

Got there at 9pm and the house was not clean and got informed that the previous person left after hours and there was nobody to clean that apartment. Was sent to a different apartment with partial view and different location which was not what I paid for.

Liked the location and the view. Looked like the furnishings had been updated and were very comfortable.

There was no hot water I the bathroom sink. This needs to be fixed. Also, we spent our first evening waiting on the Secure Vision guy to come by and fix the reception as we had no signal on the living room TV. He had to replace the box and some of the cable. Also, had a hard time pulling up the internet.

The location was excellent. The bed was a little harder than our liking but was still comfy. Condo was very clean and everything was communicated very well.

Only thing missing was a broom to sweep the sand from the kitchen and hallway area.

Location, right on the beach, pretty close to everything in Gulf Shores.

Bathroom wasn’t set up well. The sink and shower was too close to the toilet. You have to put in codes to get around the property. While I understand the reason why, it made it inconvenient while carrying stuff to and from the beach. We had 3 visits from property staff(?), and air condition techs due to lack of maintenance being performed. Last thing, the refrigerator doesn’t work, it was useless. We had to go buy a cooler for our lunch meat. And considering the instructions on arrival, the property management knew it. So that was a little irritating.
