Spotlessly clean wonderful location and great facilities!

The location is good and the view is lovely from the living area. As mentioned before it is up 3 flights of stairs so bear that in mind with luggage, shopping etc. The open plan living area is good as a social space but it does mean you are all in together, if the tv is on you are all watching it! The en-suite bedroom was comfortable.

The lights in the living area were white LED bulbs, think they could be changed for a warmer glow! The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed, small double below, single above, which is fine but unexpected. The sofa bed in the living area is a small double so not really sufficient for two adults. The shared bathroom needs a little tlc.

View was beautiful. Keys have been returned to the lock box. Beds are too soft and the second bedroom is not great for two adults. Shower drain is blocked and needs prompt attention.

Shelves needed in the two bathrooms. We had no where to place anything except the floor

The location, spacious living area with enough comfy seats and large TV and Sky available. Also the double doors opening on to small balcony

There were some maintenance issues, missing light bulbs, lamp not working, broken window handle in en-suite bathroom and neither of the bathroom fans worked. The kitchen equipment was limited. The bed linen and towels were a bit tired looking.
