The house was very nice and roomy

I didn’t understand why there was only 1 roll of toilet paper in every bathroom, and only one roll of paper towels

The code was emailed prior to arrival

Cabin was to cold for us and we were unable to adjust the temperature.

Lots of room. enjoyed the hot tub and sitting on deck even seen a 🐻 great home.

Pool far away definitely have to take car. Lots of stairs. Shower curtain don't reach floor in master shower water just pours out.

Nice house inside.

Outside not clean or pretty. Pillows were awful.

The location was lovely. The house was modern and spacious and allowed our group of 9 (5 adults, 1 teen, 3 kids, 1 dog) to spread out on all the floors and not feel crowded. The numerous decks were great for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The A/C kept us cool during several days in the 90s. The kids (and adults!) enjoyed the arcade, air hockey, and the foosball table, and the oversized hot tub was a big hit. The young kids loved the trundle beds and the space on the top floor. The host communicated with us when there was a water issue that delayed our check-in and we were pleased with how she accommodated us for the inconvenience. The keurig/large pot coffee maker combo was very appreciated.

Some changes to the bedrooms and bathrooms could have made our stay more comfortable given the makeup of our group. There are technically 5 bathrooms, but 3 were just toilets and sinks. With 9 people, it made for some awkward coordination for showering. One of the bedrooms has a queen bunk bed with a queen trundle; there is little headroom and the ladder/access to the top bunk is positioned right by the ceiling fan. In one king bedroom, one window has no coverings nor does the bottom floor game area with the futon (the "5th bedroom"), so it was very bright as soon as the sun came up. If you have kids, you may want to bring your own cups as everything was glassware.

The home was in a great location, clean and spacious. The large hottub was awesome!

While there was plenty of room to spread out in this tri-level home with a private loft, it only had two full bathrooms. For the number of sleeping spaces, an additional full bathroom would have been nice, and the showers/tubs need shower caddies to hold soap and shampoo bottles. Additionally, while there were plenty of dishes, utensils, and cookware, there wasn't any pantry or cabinet space to store food items.
