The suite with carpets and lots of fabric ( curtains, soft furniture) agitated my allergies

Hotel is situated just infront of park. Excellent fir a nice walk. Very nice and clean and 24/7 reception very helpful. Restaurant is very good and reasonable. Excellent stay!

Hommikusöögil tundsin puudust pudrust ja praemunadest, pole harjunud sööma hommikuks tatart. Kuid see mis oli pakutud, oli maitsev - eriti kohupiimaga pannkoogid.

Beds were OK and shower temperature / pressure was decent.

Everything else. But in short, everything is incredibly dated and falling apart. Our room was almost 30 degrees even though the outside temperature was just 20°C (room was on the sunny side of the building). AC was just making noise. Kettle was overused and full of limestone. I booked the room for two people, but only one of the beds was made. Minibar was warmer than room temperature... Complementary coffee and tea felt like rations because just two available sugar packets? Seriously? One coffee really needed both of those. Trash can had remains of God knows how many bag changes in the form of a garbage juice slushy with trash bits mixed in. And no free cancellation period - our concert venue got moved across the city and I was forced to stay here or lose money. Our elevator decided it doesn't want to go down after getting in on the 14th floor.

First impressions were great - very nice lobby area, a lot of fun art.

Unfortunately the only pleasant part about our stay was the 1st floor lobby. The room with the furniture was very dated and not in a good condition. The carpets were stained, even the lampshades. Curtains had small tears through them and the plastic appliances were very yellow from age and seemed unsafe to use. When checking out there was some misunderstanding about us having a bill left unpaid from the restaurant but we had never ordered anything or even set foot in it. I understand the need to double check everything what the customer says whilst money is up in the air, but it left us feeling cold towards the entire hotel.
