Place is very beautiful and calm you should definitely visit this place with your family.

There is nothing to dislike

Property vibe was good. Pleasant. The staff at the restaurant were good.

1) right from the time of booking till after, everyday i would get these emails marketing their property. In between i sent the property a message not to spam me, however that did not stop the emails. 2) no response to messages on booking.com once payment is made. Although they say “pay at property”. They charge you 100% upfront to confirm the booking. 3) their communication is so disconnected. I booked a cottage with full board included. But i would get these messages on whatsapp asking me to choose meals and pay for meals separately. Although i informed them i dont have to pay, They kept insisting i have to. Again no response to my messages when i raised a query on booking.com to saffron. I spoke to atleast 3-4 different people to get this sorted. Such a waste of time considering i was clear at the time of my booking that “full board included” in my booking. There were not properly connected in their communication (saffron vs the property) 4) you will lose mobile connectivity 1.5hrs before you reach the property. If you are lost, there is no way to contact the property. Luckily we did not face any issue. 5) mobile network doesnt work at the property. You have to rely on their wifi. 6) the ac dint work properly. It was super warm outside and the fan wouldnt work well either. They said the power is out and generator dint support much. For the amount paid for the stay - this is some inconvenience we dint expect. 7) parking is out in the open. No shade of trees etc. in summers it gets really heated. Sometimes car control panels dont work cos of the heat. If we dint have issues with 1,2,3 and 6 points, i would have rated this property higher.

Friendliness and efficiency of Amol and his team - took care of all our requirements Quality of the room and bathrooms - good size, furniture well appointed, well functioning electrical facilities including air conditioning and good quality amenities Hot fresh tasty meals taking care of our special preferences Delightful surroundings - serene and tranquil environment with only sounds of chirping of birds, beautiful gardens and horticulture spaces, neat walking pavements and great views of the Mulshi lake

While the quality of the vegetarian food was good we had some cribs about the non vegetarian food viz. it was exclusively chicken whereas we would have liked mutton or fish for a change. But we didn't ask for this as we were not sure of the quality and we had been told at the time of the booking that this would be at extra cost. The other was that the chicken pieces were bony with very little meat. When we pointed this out the chef did give us a boneless chicken item in our next meal.

Exceptional in ROOM and overall facilities in the middle of nowhere..nearest shop or drugstore is pretty far off so plan accordingly!! IDEAL FOR A WEEKEND but albeit costly given that its not a 5star facility..

Set food menu although very tasty is over priced for the quality !!! There should be more a la carte options for the price point.

Amazing estate. This is the one I was in search of. Complete serenity and tranquility. Amazing views, lake just next to the property. Nice surroundings and hill views, superb villas and rooms, lush green landscapes, bicycles for enthusiasts, pool volleyball, amazing food with great variety for foodies and more important, great hospitality - always helpful staff happy to help you always. What else one wants? A perfect place for family gathering. I am also planning my office outing here only. Saffron Stays support was completely hassle free. Easy access from Mumbai and Pune makes this gateway more closer. BBQ was a great surprise, what a spread it was!!

Nothing to dislike here. Saffron Stays and the whole staff have left nothing to dislike for
