Great location for getting around Hull. Good value for money for clean and comfortable accommodation.

I love the cleanliness of the apartment interior. Especially the rugs and the kitchen. Then, how arranged all the items were from the living room to the kitchen and the room.

I didn't like the fact that there was no inscription showing the bathroom information. For instance, I had to look for the switch for hot water heater ,only to find out it's kind of switch on or maybe automatic and will heat up eventually while you shower.smiles. Then the parking spaces are not quite sufficient. Being a residential area ,you have to make space for the neighbours. It's all left to chance. But great anyway. Lastly, the roof top by the window needs some cleaning so as to allow fresh air to come in, especially during the summer. Also, some security measures to safeguard the guest when the window is ajar.
