Owner of the apartment has committed fraud I booked a 2 bedroom apartment n twice was given a one bedroom apartment with a sofa bed with a curtain across not 2 separate bedrooms which I paid for the apartment was dirty mould in the bathroom with a broken cabinet the door hanging off n the kitchen was unclean the appliance were broken kettle didn't work sparks where coming off the wall plugs the internet didn't work.Airplanes flying over head every 10 minutes I would not recommend this the owner needs to be reported for fraud.

Check-in took hours- We asked if I could check in early, and after some back and forth, it was agreed. Then the reception (independent from the unit owner) would not allow us to check in without an email. The owner told us to wait for the usual reception people, as the security guard was at the front desk during the receptionist's lunch break. Eventually checked in at about 20 minutes prior to actual check-in time after asking for an early check-in 2.5 hours earlier. Every time we tried to talk to the property owner all we got was 'Wait' When we went to use the pool, the property manager told us we needed to pay 150 pesos per person (no mention of this in the listing). We were forbidden to use the fitness centre, which was also mentioned in the listing. The room was for two adults and two children. The room certainly does not suit that and the bed for the children was extremely uncomfortable. The apartment had a kitchenette, which in itself was okay; however, it was not equipped for 4 people, as there was insufficient cutlery and crockery.

This is a scam. They take the money for the booking and then they contact you and say computer error and demand 250% more per night. When you say they can’t do that they say cancel the booking but if it’s to late for cancel they of course keep the money. I reported it 3 times to booking.com but they didn’t even respond. After some chat they said they will repay the money after 3 days….. but of course they didn’t. When I look at their booking in September I see that the price I paid is the same all September so the computer error is just a scam excuse like all with this joker scammer
