Very poor communication. I messaged the owner 3 days ahead, informing him about my arrival atc15:30. Didn't hear anything. The booking.com mentioned a mobile number to call him. Tried the day before, but there was no reply. Called 4 times and sent 3 messages pript to my arrival on the date. Eventually, I heard back from him after presumed arrival time, which meant that I did not get access to property during 1500 to 1600 hrs as mentioned on the website. I was late for my work because I tried numerous times to contact him and waited half an hour in door steps of property. The communication was not existent. Will never book there again.
INExceptionally clean and homely. Very comfortable stay as we didn't have any other booking for the day so didn't face any disturbances.
There could be late responses from the property owner while accessing the property.
