Liebevoll eingerichtetes, frisch renoviertes und gemütliches Haus am Berghang, 450 m über dem Meeresspiegel. Für den Sommer ganz angenehm, aber im Winter kann es schon kühl werden. Doch ein Kamin ist vorhanden und wärmt das Wohnzimmer ganz ordentlich. Schöne Terrasse mit kleinem Garten. Freier Blick auf den Atlantik und die Berghänge. Küche gut ausgestattet. Betten okay, 2 Badezimmer. Ruhig. Parken vom Auto kein Problem. Direkt nebenan ist eine ganz kleine Bar, wo die Einheimischen am Ende des Arbeitstages kurz was trinken (aber total leise).

Da gut sortierte Supermärkte erst in Ponto do Sol und Ribeira Brava zu finden sind, sollte man seine Einkäufe am Ende eines Tagesausflugs erledigen, mal kurz noch eine Packung Zucker holen wäre mit viel Aufwand verbunden. Das Haus liegt dezentral, ein Leihwagen braucht man schon um irgendwo schnell hinzukommen.
