Deterioro y dejadez de las instalaciones, suciedad, toallas de otros hoteles rajadas por el desgaste del uso, sin colgador de toallas en el baño, madera de las puertas sucias y en mal estado, paredes de gotelé sucias, almohadas y colchón súper incómodos, usados y vencidos. Un desastre.
