The room had air conditioning, which was very helpful. We were welcomed very kindly, and the staff allowed us to leave our luggage earlier, even though check-in was later, so we did not have to walk around the city with our bags. Everyone was generally very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were also good. The location in the medina gives you a chance to experience the real atmosphere of Marrakech, although it may feel a bit intense at first.

The biggest disappointment was a trip recommended by the host Mohammed. We wanted to go to the Atlas Mountains and see the waterfalls, but instead we were taken to several other places where people tried to sell us things or pressure us into buying something. It felt quite touristy and like a tourist trap. Later, when we thought we were finally going to the mountains, we were told we would need to pay extra for a guide to actually go there, even though this was the main reason we booked the trip. It wasted a lot of our time and spoiled our overall impression a bit. The location, although atmospheric, felt a little uncomfortable in the evenings, especially at the beginning of our stay. We got used to it later, but it may not be ideal for everyone. The bathroom in our room was also not very good. There was an unpleasant smell, and there was no proper shower cabin, so water was spreading around the bathroom and even slightly towards the room.

Das Frühstück gab es jeden Morgen auf der Dachterasse und war sehr lecker. Das Personal war auch super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die haben wirklich alles gemacht, damit man sich wohl fühlt!

Die Lage war ansich sehr gut, da es ca. 20 Minuten zur „Innenstadt“ war. Aber Abends haben wir uns in der Umgebung des Riads leider nicht so wohl gefühlt. (2 Frauen)

Riad ubicado algo más alejado del centro, muy limpio, moderno y con una relación calidad espectacular. Habitaciones más amplias que otros Riad más costosos y céntricos además de contar con AC, se agradece y mucho. Como detalle, nos olvidamos un reloj y tuvieron la amabilidad de buscarlo, encontrarlo sin apenas problema y custodiarlo e incluso se ofrecieron a enviarlo por paquetería.

Very friendly personnel, clean rooms, and delicious breakfast. Good location. The staff was really friendly and nice. Highly recommended.

The hotel is cosy and clean. The beds are comfortable and the staff is very helpful! Especially thanks to Joe and Mohamed,they help us a lot.Great boys!

There are some things that the hotel owners could improve, such as the lighting in the room is quite dim, the smell of sewage from the bathroom is not the most pleasant thing, and they could remove the photo of the jacuzzi until it is reinstalled because I consider it misleading. And for those who want a trouble-free sleep, the singing of the hodja at 5 am from the nearby mosque may be a problem. We didn't hear it anymore on the last night 😁
