Perfect spot for a very good holiday! Everything was perfect, starting with the room of huge dimensions. Also, to remember the fine dining restaurant and the breakfast. What a beautiful hotel to stay and enjoy

Excelente pequeno-almoço e diversificado. Soberba localização no interior de Constantia.

Reservamos um quarto por 6 dias, de 26/4 a 1/5, no entanto por imperativos de saúde tivemos de fazer o check-out dois dias antes. Uma semana antes do check-in comunicamos tal preocupação tanto a Booking (sem qualquer resposta) e ao Hotel. Aquando do check-in voltamos a manifestar a mesma preocupação na recepção do hotel, tendo nos sido informado que caso vendessem as últimas duas noites a um outro cliente, reembolsariam-nos o valor através do cartão de crédito. No dia do check-in voltamos a manifestar a mesma preocupação mas até ao momento não fomos contactados pelo hotel e muito menos pelo booking.com. Ultimamente é praticamente impossivel entrar em contacto com a booking para alterar a reserva. No passado era possivel contactar até por via telefónica, facto que é de lamentar.
