Sorrento Nature & Spa

very clean and our room was quite modern, I think it might have had a refurbishment recently. the bed was firm and comfy and we got a daily clean and bed change. the shuttle to and from the centre of Sorrento was brilliant, very quick and the drivers were both so lovely.

I must point out an issue with the bed…the legs bow out slightly and stick out more than the actual bed itself, but it’s not visible when the bed is made. I managed to break my toe on the bed leg just by walking past it! My toe went black and blue, swelled up like a balloon and I was limping and on pain killers for the rest of the holiday unfortunately! I’ve posted a picture of this. we found the room was occasionally damp too, when the cleaners had mopped the floor seemed to stay wet for ages. it rained when we were there and it was impossible to get our clothes dry again when we got back to the room. there was no ventilation really. I had a pair of sweat pants that stayed wet for 3 days until I asked if they could be dried by the hotel reception. they were very kind and washed and dried them for me. breakfast was ok but there was a morning where there was only one bottle of still water so one of us went without.

Really lovely accommodation, slightly further out from the centre of Sorrento. Super peaceful setting. The staff are lovely and very willing to help!

The location is slightly further out and difficult to get anywhere by foot. The shuttle service is great and very efficient, just something to bear in mind!

The room was very modern and had all the facilities needed. The bed was comfortable. The owners are a lovely couple, who where very accomodating. Unfortunately when we went the weather was very poor and so we where unable to use the pool,. although it looked lovely. We did use the indoor spa though which was really nice, although you do have to pay 20 euros to use it if you stay less than 7 nights.

The accomodation is out of the town and is up a hill and so walking back was difficult, especially in the torrential rain. They do offer a shuttle service, which is handy but it's only at certain times of day and so we ended up walking back a few times. If we went back to sorrento, I would probably stay in the centre, for the convenience!

We loved the private feel away from the busy centre. The apartment we had was beautiful and so clean and finished to such a high standard. Marica and Emanuele went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing and stress free, providing shuttles into town and recommendations. Breakfast each morning was delicious.

We loved it. Even though it's not in the centre we walked in and back two of the days and it was fine it's not too far:. 15mins in maybe 20 back. The shuttle is provided then in the morning and evening and the ride back is thrilling and hilarious. Really good to get a feel of the Italian way. Ferrari!

the room was lovely as was the view very clean and nicely decorated fabulous staff marica and Emanuela couldn’t do enough for us made for a perfect stay.Loved the pool and the breakfast.
