Cosy Ocean View Studio 1

The ocean view was beautiful.

There were cockroaches in the apartment. We have contacted the owner and have decided to leave early because of that. The owner was supposed to return us the money for the remaining days, however at some point she just stopped replying and it didn't happen. There is no air-conditioning and the apartment is facing west, so it gets unbearably hot in there in the afternoon. The studio is located on the first floor and the balcony door does not lock so basically anyone can enter. We have spent there 2 nights and overall it was a very bad experience.

Fantastic views from balcony. Comfortable and a good price. Has lift and Olga who greeted us was very nice.

Not a lot around or information as to shops restaurants.

lovely room as pictured, spacious and open with good facilities and sea view. 5 minute walk to the beach and local shops, also very easy to get into garachico and the mountains/forests for some great walks.

unfortunately the pool was closed due to COVID (yes still!) and we weren’t aware of this as it was still filtered as having a pool on this app. host was very helpful and apologetic and suggested some nice sea pools/the beach to try out.
