"Not good value for the money"

Location was excellent

Kitchen utensils and appliances were not clean. There was no courtesy dishwasher soap, only one kitchen towel, no sponge to wash dishes. Also, no hand soap nor shampoo in the bathroom, no bath rug. We texted the company and requested a few of the items above and were told that the housekeeper would bring it to us but no one showed up. The kitchen needs a good clean including the drawers and some stuff replaced.

Great location. Very easy access from the airport. Train and a 5-minute walk. Excellent communication with the host, who was very helpful and patient, quickly answering every question. The apartment itself is perfect for 7-8 people. If I visit Bergen again, I will happily stay there again. The apartment is truly in the heart of the city, with the main attractions just a few minutes' walk away. We couldn't have chosen a better place.

Sentralt og kort vei til det meste, verten var rask til å svare. Leiligheten var ren og helt Ok for en lang helg i Bergen

At det tredje soverommet lå i underetasjen og der var det rått og kaldt. Natt til lørdag var fest i en leilighet i bygget og veldig høy musikk som dunket i veggene.
