Apartamento muy limpio y completamente equipado, sin duda volveremos

La ubicación

Hay una plaga de cucarachas en todo el edificio salen de debajo de la cama de debajo del sofá de la bañera de el desagüe… por mucho que compréis todo tipo de productos siguen apareciendo ya que se cuelan de fuera por las tuberías y por las grietas, hay que estar controlando una garrafa que hay en la terraza que está conectada al aire acondicionado y hay que estar mirándola y vaciándola para que no rebose, el aire no enfría muy bien que digamos y escupe hielo a la tele o al sofá y gotea bastante y está debajo de la tele y varios cables por otro lado te deja mojado el suelo y te puedes resbalar y esto último no se puede evitar porque es fallo del aire, la piscina no existe aún que leáis que tiene no tiene, esta completamente empantanada y en obras y por como la e visto le queda más de un año para que la acaben, el dueño no es de España ni vive en España ni habla español, cuando te comunicas con el no te entiende y tú a él mucho menos encima tiene comportamientos inapropiados como decir que busca una chica como yo y hablarme en exceso sin ningún sentido y parece que siempre está bajo los efectos de alguna sustancia. En resumen, no repetiría bajo ningún concepto y me parece vergonzoso que este tipo de apartamentos estén en booking ya que es una estafa clarísima.

It was a great location.

It was very cold, the AC took ages to heat up the place and it was very noisy. Also the water pipes or something like that next to the entrance was squeaking non -stop. I slept with earplugs. Bugs everywhere

Great check in check out great location, private parking space an added bonus,clean good size apartment.

Lacking some essential utensils in the kitchen.I.e potatoe peeler, cooking trays as don't like to use the new oven trays,jug,apart from that no complaints.

Brilliant location, loved the park with it's parrots, cockerels and peacocks just across the road. Lots of great local bars & restaurants within easy 5 minute radius. About a 10 minute walk from the front with it's beaches marina and lots of restaurants. The bed was very comfy and was great to have both a bath and shower with lots of hot water. Well equipped kitchen with everything you could want. Good sized balcony which was shady all day, which suited us perfectly. Didn't use the TV or sofa bed so can't comment on those.

Some uninvited critters made an appearance in the kitchen, but there were traps and spray to deal them. The turn at the bottom of the garage access ramp is VERY tight, but we couldn't have managed without the space as street parking was crazy!

Car parking is to difficult for big cars.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need. You feel like you are not in a guest room. You feel like you are in your own apartment. The location is great. 10 minutes walk from city center and Paseo Blanco. The park los Nacionales is just on the other side of the street.

It is a little bit noisy. You could hear your neighbours through the walls, in the bathroom and the roosters from the park.But keep in mind that you are in Spain and this is its charm.
