Deluxe suite- 2 bed in Southampton Central

Unfortunately, I received the access code after a full day had passed, so I paid for a day without service, forcing me to book a nearby hotel, and they rudely asked me to leave before 10 a.m. The property is extremely noisy, and you cannot sleep because of the train sounds, which were not mentioned in the description. There's no shampoo or handwashing! The hood doesn't operate, so you are unable to use the kitchen.

Location is great for access to city centre

Only positive thing about the property is location - close to city centre and Southampton football stadium

Pictures of this "deluxe" apartment are obviously done long time ago and using correct angles. I was very excited about this booking because it looked like great value for money in Southampton. In reality it has been probably one of the biggest disappointments using Booking.com platform. Condition of this apartment was old and I would say unacceptable. Clearly it was cleaned only long time ago - there was dust everywhere, walls, couch and carpet had stains, fridge was frozen up. Even one of the chairs was broken in the living room. Walls were so thin that you could hear neighbours talking. Hallway was very dirty and lots of stuff was just on the ground. When someone entered the hallway it almost felt like someone was about to enter the apartment.
