La Sirenita - Ometepe

Absolutely amazing and beautiful place! Basic but clean bungalows right on the lake and near Playa Mango without any disturbance from there. Completely nature oriented with farm animals and playful dogs Lukas, the host, was also very kind and helpful, wishing him the best in his projects. the Kayak tour with Dixon was also great, spotting 3 caimans

unfortunately, some guests kept talking on their terrace until late at night or very early morning, completely killing the serene vibe... I was unlucky, but if your neighbours show respect, you'll have the most amazing stay on Ometepe!

The owner is lovely and creates a very chill atmosphere around the place. The farm animals are great to be around and the locationa at the lake is just gorgeous. You can basically jsut get up and instantly view the vulcano. We have absolutely loved our stay here!

I don't think, there is anything that I could have wished for to be different.

Beautiful views, excellent staff and we loved all the natural beauty of the property. Would stay again on my next visit to Omeptepe. The playa mangos bar and restaurant was wonderful and just a short walk away. We ate breakfast at La Sirenita up top on their covered deck and was delicious. Loved our casita, super comfortable and we slept better than ever. Can't wait to go back. I even had to take an online/interactive 3 hour class for continuing education, and the wifi was excellent the entire time. Sat on my deck overlooking Lake Nicaragua and had a fabulous Zoom class.

Everything! Beautiful view, nice huts and cute animals on the farm

Just a beautiful relaxing place on a beautiful island. Lucas is so cool and chill man. Fantastic views on volcano and sunsets.

Thé location was amazing, the water was calm, no wind like the other side of the island. The farm animals were a great perk . The owner and staff were so welcoming. The sunset with volcano views, near the entrance to the river for kayaking. Beside a happening bar. Mango beach is great too. The toilets and showers were very clean. A magical paradise. The hut was perfectly cute right on the water front.

Βasic but very comfortable huts,located right on the island' best stretch of volcanic beach,with sublime views of Conception volcano and blissful sunsets. Only three huts in the property,giving a feeling of privacy and calmness. Staff members were polite and helpful. Wifi was strong. Was not hot in the night,due to the refreshing lake breeze. Overall,very good value for money. Feels a world apart from ordinary places on the gringo trail!

The property's pet dogs,along with their stray friends started barking at 04.30 am. Toilets are 50mts away from the huts. Right next to las Sirenitas is a very toiristy beach bar for gringos(with prices for them...)playing horrible loud music that,thankfully enough,stops around 22.30pm.
