Lovely, light & airy & very clean. Lovely shower & nice kitchen area. Mario was fantastic & couldn’t do enough for us, even made us his homemade pizza!

The mattress on the bed was a little hard for our liking.

The owner is very kind, quick to answer and help with anything. The location is great and a walking distance from minori's center and maori's amazing beaches. The apartment has been renewed and looks so pretty. We had a great and free parking spot. The owner was very kind and took our laundry to a lady upstairs who offered to wash our towels and dry them too. There's a laundry mat 2 minutes away as well, for cleaning more personal things.

As expected anywhere with very warm temperatures and by the sea, there are problems with mosquitos and ant infestations. The owner had already taken measures to spray poison and keep all the bugs out, but the small tiny ants always found another way. Since we had a spray at our disposal, it wasn't too bad because we were able to keep the ants out. However, the spray has to be used almost daily. Besides that, everything is very clean. We're really picky with cleanliness and we're NOT disappointed. The mattress in the room we were in was a nightmare. In all the other rooms, the mattresses were new and great. But ours was so bad, I had several bruises from the springs. The sofa bed was great though. But since the location and owner were so good, we enjoyed our stay a lot. Don't worry about reporting anything to the owner he'll provide you with anything needed.
