"Location good but property’s slightly run down condition was a bit depressing."

A few block’s walk from the city with tram close by. Lift to 5th floor very good. Security was good.

The property needs some refreshing. Linen and blankets are thin and becoming thread bare, a refresh of paint, updated towels and bedding, wall hangings on the wall and not on the floor would lift this whole property.
