Sunwashed Stone Villa with Heated Pool, Hot Tub & Mini Golf

Quiet neighborhood and spacious, clean and cozy house. Plenty of towels and other amenities as well as great furniture to make for a really comfortable weekend.

Only issue was the pool wasn’t very heated.

The host was great! The property is beautiful and very spacious! Very clean and cozy! Highly recommended!! We had a little issue and the host fixed it instantly! Always fast and professional responses!

It was so clean and well stocked

That I could not adjust the thermostat. I was cold and wanted to turn the AC down.

Kitchen was proper stocked, we needed to make food for a gathering, and we brought a lot of kitchen equipment just in case, but we were pleasantly surprised by how well the kitchen was ready for us. Beautiful, quiet street, cute house. Appreciate the labels on switches, and all the rooms and closets were a great size. Beds were comfy, pillows were plentiful, like I think each bedroom had four extra pillows in the closet besides the ones already on the bed. blankets were also everywhere. Lots of seating, nice outdoor seating area on the front of the house

Okay, digging real deep to come up with any negatives, the house was just about perfect. It would have been helpful to have had instructions to turn on the pool heater, we got in after dark, and could not figure out how to turn it on in the dark, and ended up being at gatherings the entire next day, so when we got back at six it was already dark again, we were really looking forward to a quiet soak in the heated pool, but that ended up not happening because of our inability to figure it out, but a quick cheat sheet for the pool could be helpful. We also would have turned down/off the a/c (saving you money) if we could have, it was too cold for us. I will tell you that locked thermostats are kind of an enraging thing for lots of people, and probably a deal-breaker for some people. I decided to give you a 10/10 anyway, but we would be really happy to see the thermostat unlocked next time.
