It was renovated, clean, had an oven, fridge, a nice bed, a nice bathroom and balconies.

No WiFi, it didn’t work, even though it showed as working. No additional blankets. No hot water, even though there’s a boiler.

It's a nice small "apartment" for 1 or 2, but.....

So many things are wrong. First, this is a shared type of apartment, cut in two. Yes u get your own toilet n stuff but I left everything open not knowing other ppl can enter in my space! Second, it was sooo dirty! And they didn't have anyone before me cause I was looking at the options few days prior! No toilet paper, no clean glasses n stuff, in the fridge were left overs of someone before, matters was so dirty! NO HOT WATER!! ECT ECT ECT. The owners don't speak good English so it was lil difficult. Oh n BTW the "apartment" is located on the first floor on the lift, I was not provided with instructions n I went up n down the whole building... Won't really recommend it.

I am writing this letter to express my extreme outrage and disappointment at the unacceptable situation I find myself in because of your inappropriate attitude. I paid for a room that was subsequently not provided to me and this is absolutely unacceptable. You lied to me and failed to uphold your end of our agreement. I expected that as a fair landlord, you would provide the promised conditions, but in return I received only lies and inconvenience. I have not received any notification or explanation as to where the room is and why I cannot use it, even though the payment was made on time and correctly. Your behavior is not only unprofessional but absolutely unacceptable. I demand an immediate explanation and resolution of this issue. If you do not take the necessary measures and return the amount paid within a reasonable time, , I will be forced to seek legal assistance and take all possible actions to obtain compensation for the time lost and inconvenience caused to me. I expect your immediate attention and concrete actions to resolve this matter. This is your duty and responsibility as a landlord.
