A&N Sea View Penthouse with Large Terrace & Pool

Veel bouwwerkzaamheden in de buurt dus rustig op balkon zitten heb je alleen op zondag.

Die Wohnung war sehr gut , zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder und eine sehr große Terrasse. Die Fahrzeuge waren sicher untergebracht. Supermärkte fußläufig in 3-5Minuten erreichbar. Strand in ca. 10 Minuten. ³

Die Kommunikation war etwas aufwendig. Schlüssel sind im Vermittlungsbüro abzuholen.

A well furbished apartment with plenty of space in the main areas. Two good bathrooms, kitchen with reasonably good facilities. A lot of effort had been put into the way the apartment was decorated. A lot of orange! Very good sized terrace. Lift straight down to car park underground was very useful.. A nice private and secure apartment. Easy access to supermarket and a short walk to restaurants on the paseo. We didn’t use the pool but the setting around it was nice.

We found it very difficult to find the way to the lift from the car park, there was no signage to Portal 5 and we had to call the emergency number. A member of staff came to show us. Better instructions for this are needed. Also the entrance to the car park is around the corner from the apartment entrance.. More information about this would have been helpful. There were several keys, again an indication when collecting these as to which opened what would have helped. Meet and greet would have been better. Sea view is an oblique view.

Piso muy bien equipado, como si fuera de un particular. Todo muy nuevo y camas muy cómodas

Había muchos mosquitos y no podíamos apenas usar la terraza. También olía mal (a estiércol de caballo) y no se podía comer en la terraza.

Todo fenomenal. Con garaje piscina, habitaciones grandes, terraza amplia...

Por decir algo, la zona está en obras y era necesario coger el coche para llegar al centro del pueblo porque estaba cortado el habitual acceso a pie.

Magnificent flat! Everything is brand new, lots of space, good furniture, quality appliances, comfortable beds, excellent soundproofing! nice location, close to the sea - just 5-7 minutes walking , supermarket and coffee shop in two minutes walk! Recommended!
