Hotel Alessi** Rimini

Naprosto úžasný hotel a pobyt jsme si moc užili, vše vynikající - pokoje, snídaně, klidná lokalita. Po celou délku pobytu neuvěřitelně milý personál, obzvláště Marco, který nám po příjezdu ukázal a vysvětlil na mapě kde, kam a kudy a nic pro něho nebyl problém - ani se nám nechtělo domů. Po návratu na hotel možnost posezení před hotelem se skvělým Aperolem. Nedaleko zastávka metromare (Lagomaggio) - nejlepší cesta do centra a na nádrží v případě plánování výletů, jezdí až do Riccione a zastávku má i blízko letiště. Pláž cca do 5 minut chůze od hotelu.

Gospodarz świetny. Bardzo komunikatywny, dbający naprawdę o każdego gościa. Przywitał nas małym poczęstunkiem, wytłumaczył co wokół można zobaczyć - jak się poruszać po mieście. Niezwykły, uśmiechnięty człowiek. Śniadanie fantastyczne. W postaci szwedzkiego stołu - kontynentalne - jajecznica, kiełbaski, sery. A także mnóstwo do wyboru na słodko - rogaliki, ciasta, dżemy. Pokój mały, ale czyściutki. Codziennie sprzątany. Niczego nie brakowało.

Our second booking at this magical place was just as wonderful as the first. Marco welcomed us with a big smile in his gorgeous garden with lots of beautiful flowers. He offered us a drink and told us about the city. He gave us useful tips and coupons for the great beach nearby, as well as for some amazing Italian restaurants that you should definitely visit :-) Despite being in a busy location, the hotel is on a very quiet street where you can relax as you wish. I will definitely miss the breakfast - varied and of excellent quality. There is something for every taste. The most important thing we will remember, however, is the great attitude and smiles of the entire team!

Sincere thanks for the wonderful attitude of the entire Marko team :-) To the wonderful Maria, who always took care of our breakfast with a smile; To Filipo from the reception, who always gave us useful advice; To Luna who kept our room always clean and to everyone involved in our great experience :-) The hotel is located close to convenient transportation from/to the airport and the old town. The rooms are quiet and there is a gorgeous courtyard, where in June you can feel the scent of jasmine :-) I highly recommend!

Già dal momento della prenotazione il proprietario, Marco , ti fa sentire a tuo agio inviando per messaggio tutto ciò che la sua struttura offre. Posizione fantastica a 1 minuto a piedi dalla spiaggia, possibilità di parcheggio auto in loco, noleggio bici e colazione a buffet dolce e salata varia e di ottima qualità. La struttura è un po datata è vero , ma pulitissima sia gli spazi esterni , quelli comuni che soprattutto le camere. Ma la vera forza dell’ hotel Alessi sta nel calore dell accoglienza e la passione per il suo lavoro di Marco, sempre pronto ad aiutare, consigliare, fare una chiacchierata, soprattutto con il sorriso che ti mette sempre a tuo agio, e la sua passione l ha trasmessa pure al suo staff altrettanto bravi e competenti. Questo è il vero Lusso dell’Alessi coccolare il cliente dall’ inizio alla fine con un calore e una passione che è raro trovare . Sicuramente torneremo per altri weekend in futuro. CONSIGLIATISSIMO.

La cortesia, la gentilezza che ho trovato in questo hotel sono impareggiabili! Le stanze sono semplici e molto pulite. La posizione è eccezionale per visitare la città e per andare al mare. Ci hanno trattato con grande attenzione facendoci sentire veramente in vacanza. Grazie ! Magari ce ne fossero di più di persone così ben disposte nel campo dell’accoglienza! Bravi!
